  4. (EDUCATION, Feb. 27) included the international relief and
  5. development agency CARE in a list of organizations
  6. characterized as a "new breed of antiwar activists" that attempt
  7. to counteract military-recruitment efforts. CARE does not engage
  8. in any of the activities that are described in the article.
  9. CARE's programs focus on the creation of small-scale enterprises
  10. owned by the poor, protection of the environment and promotion
  11. of good health.
